Feeling Fat, Thinking Thin

In June I ran 10 Km in less than an hour, I was the fittest I have been in many years. Took it easy for a few weeks but vowed to be back track in July........July was VERY cold so I couldn't really be expected to run in the cold and the dark, so sat inside and ate lots of snow baking. August would be the month to get back on track!! August was also very cold, lots of snow, lots of baking, not so much pavement pounding (OK, if I'm honest, NO pavement pounding.) pring, the perfect time to get back on the right track....Mmmmm.....not so much. So October is almost upon us and so I sit here on the sofa with my cupcake and my wine planning a healthier diet and regular exercise. I feel so much better when I am thinner and fitter, so why do I find it so hard to get off my backside and DO SOMETHING?
